The west coast of São Tomé, 100–700 m, on the former roças. Deep volcanic soils (andosols, nitisols) formed on basaltic rock, humid equatorial climate. Pure Amelonado, unhybridised, grown by Satocao.
Fermentation 5–7 days in boxes, solar drying on traditional covered decks. Fruity profile, fine and subtle texture.
RAW — the cacao is not roasted. No sugar, no additives.
