The high Piura valley, 200–900 m, on the edge of the Sechura desert. A desert microclimate, well-drained mineral soils and wide day/night swings that concentrate sugars and acidity. White beans of the Nacional group, Norandino cooperative.
Fermentation 3–5 days in boxes, solar drying 5–8 days. Fruity and floral profile.
