Shipping policy
We prepare and ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays, with bpost. An order placed on a Monday or Thursday before 11 a.m. (Belgian time) leaves the same day; other orders leave with the next shipment. As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an e-mail with its tracking number.
Delivery times
- Belgium: 1 to 4 working days between your order and delivery, usually 2.
- The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany: 2 to 5 working days.
- Other countries: the time depends on the carrier and, outside the European Union, on customs formalities.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Delivery times are indicative.
Home delivery or service point
In Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, you choose at checkout (in Germany, we deliver to your home):
- home delivery: the parcel is delivered to the address you gave;
- service point delivery: after payment, on your order confirmation page, you choose a bpost service point near you. If you do not choose one, we use the service point closest to your delivery address.
The carrier lets you know when your parcel is waiting for you; the collection period is stated in its notice. A parcel that is not collected comes back to us: we then contact you to arrange a new shipment.
A parcel over 20 kg cannot be delivered to a service point: we send it to your home and let you know.
