A tasting or a hands-on workshop, for the curious and for professionals alike: we plan the visit with you, in the place where Mounia and Jonathan work with cacao.

Tempering, pouring, moulding: we let you discover these steps as close to the chocolate as you can get. The visit takes shape with you, around what happens in the workshop.

A station and its hazelnut orchard
La Station is in Heks, in Belgian Limburg, twenty minutes from Liège and the same from Hasselt. This autumn, we are planting an agroforestry hazelnut orchard there. Beans arrive here from some twenty terroirs, and this is where they are transformed.
