Cacao in the cup

Prepare, taste, share: it all fits in a cup.

A piece of pure cacao, hot water, a whisk: the paste disperses, the texture comes together, the foam rises. Preparation happens in this movement, all the way to the cup you feel like drinking.

Preparation in the cup

Gesture

Four steps for a cup

1. The cacao: grate it or break it.
2. The water: heat it gently.
3. The mix: add the cacao little by little.
4. The whisk: until the texture is smooth and foamy.

Taste it plain before adding spices or milk. Our spice blends are there to compose a moment, never to correct an origin.

Sharing

Sharing

Two cups,
the same matter

Set two cups on the table. Share one origin, or prepare two and swap impressions. A scent one of you recognises, a nuance the other discovers.
